Can I add this stock to my gun and still be legal even though it would make the oal an inch shorter than the 30.5 with an 11.5 barrel that I put on my form 1?



Probably a very stupid question but I had to ask.

After reading on here, and trying to find out a length for my 9mm SBR, I put 23.5" on the Form.

When it was approved and building was complete, total length was actually 22.5"  Oops


It happens, I wouldn't worry about it.

After the initial approval you could put a stock on it that shortened it 6" and you'd be good to go.
