The SOCOM profile barrel makes it a bit heavier than others, but it is the smoothest running AR in my safe. Love it. |

Nice job Paul, took me some time to find this post since Jeff showed me your pictures, I don't usually come here to often, this site was costing me too much money, had to cut myself off. Anyway, get your butt up here to GJ so we can break that puppy in, I have 1 I just put a free float hand guard on and need to test fire. I gave up building AK's, kits are to expensive, I'm into assembling AR's now.

Very nice!
What length barrel do you have & who makes the handguards & muzzle device? Piston or gas impingement? Thanks |

dumb question, whats the advantage of a SBR when you put a suppressor on it? Isn't it back to close to a 16" gun in length? Quieter than a standard 16 M4?

Was slaying water bottles at 15 yards. Need to put it on paper to see if the sight needs any adjustment with the barrel change. I'd expect some minor adjustment, but was surprised to hit my target on the first shot without doing any adjusting. I like that I can now shoot unsuppressed. I used to really like the can under the hand guard look, but in practice, I found it to be a hassle. View Quote Excellent looking gun & it's giving me ideas. Who makes the handguard? |
