This is about perfect for me. The only thing I would change is the light/switch. This light was a spare so I just slapped it on. Recent changes were the Pakse handguard, Magpul VFG and the Holosun 507C. Can't wait to shoot it again. |

That is my IMI Micro Galil Model 699. This particular Micro was one of the last production runs of the MAR before the IMI Magen Division split to become IWI and retooling began for the ACE series, which in my opinion makes it a little unique. It contains all of the MAR upgrades before the ACE series redesign. This Micro was issued to an Israeli police department (star symbol) before being sold to the importer I purchased it from. I purchased it as a parts kit, sourced a barrel, and purchased a tortort 80% micro receiver. The receiver and build was completed by Jeff Miller of Hillbilly Firearms. All markings and serial numbers were transferred to the new receiver and the original FCG was neutered and retained. Overall I'm very pleased with this build. I've owned it for probably close to two years and it was worth the cost. The only departure from the original is the finish - which is a nitride. The original, like most galils was a park and paint. I believe the original paint was an engine bake on finish that is apparently very difficult to come by in the US, which is why nitride is so popular in Galil builds today. If you have any specific questions I'd be happy to answer them to the best of my abilities. Glad you liked it! |

What's the adapter to make it work? @YaBoyKGTho Revolutionary Roller Locks MP5 ACR Stock Adapter I honestly thought this setup may not wok out because the ACR stock is a bit heavy. But it actually balances the gun very well. |
