Basic SW problem and ran across is a lot with old dam near shot out 59 series as well.
Most of the time is the off brand brass that the case rims are smaller OD that can causes the problem.
Pull the slide off, put a case on the breach face, and see if it stays there held on by the extractor, or just falls off. Also. pull the case straight forward, and see how much of the extractor claw actual contacts the rim as well.
If case falls off/claw only kisses the rim as the case it being pulled straight forward, then the extractor pad needs to be adjusted, and/or the extractor spring needs to be replaced as well. As for a write up this, takes a extractor gauge to set the tension correctly, and best to just send it back to the factory to be adjusted instead.
On in plan English, the extractor is holding the case/rim for shit, and by the time that slide gets far enough back for the extractor to tag the back of the rim to pivot the spent case off the breach face with the extractor controlling the pivot path, the extractor is not doing shit, and the ejector just hits the back of the case, and knock the spent cause only slight to stove pipe the spent case in the action.
______________
If the problem is a stove pipe jam on a live round, your mag/mag springs are worn out instead.
To add, when was the last time the recoil spring was replaced. The springs are only good for around 4K rounds, and after than, they loose the needed tension to correctly control the slide, and can cause all kinds of problem, with both live feed jams and even spent case stove pipe jams as well.
