Anybody know when the folding adapters are going to be available by themselves?
They called me a month or two ago saying they were in stock and asking if I wanted one...but they were only selling them complete with pistol tube and SBX brace for $299. They said they would be selling just the folding adapters (for $70-$80) within the next few weeks...but it's been crickets since then. |

. I wish I could find a friggin MPX pistol for sale somewhere. View Quote Don't know about VA, but in GA what I did was to search Gun broker for mpx in my general area and when I found a few I sent them emails asking what I would be able to pick one up for if I came to them paying cash. Mine ended up being $1200 OTD (or should I say out the parking lot as I meet up with a home based FFL ). Either way, it ended up being close for me and better price than any of the LGS i checked out that had them in stock. Plus I got the hard case instead of the cardboard that the LGS seem to have now. |
[#22]
Gunbroker only seems to have the 16inch models. I have no idea what a shorter barrel and rail costs otherwise i would probably go that route after I form 1.
[#23]
I just did a search and all I see is 8" pistols...are you looking for the MCX like the picture shows rather than the MPX you mentioned by any chance?
[#24]
Yeh MCX like in the pic. Then form 1 and then the stock as mentioned in the OP. Ooops I said MPX and not MCX.
[#25]
No problem.... I was wondering if they started to ship a 16" version of the MPX.

For those of you with more dollars than sense, there's one on eBay for the low price of $726 + $15 s&h (still 3 days left to bid).

What I don't understand is if you really want the stock that bad, how the hell did you wait for the MPX firearm to come out?

I got my MPX just last Friday. Today, I call up Sig to order the collapsible stock and mags, thinking, OK, I can wait 12-16 weeks... Rep tells me now estimated shipping is MARCH 2016!!! Have more to look forward to hearing about my F1 to clear

Curious if all stocks are delayed until March or if that is the date for new orders getting stacked onto the tail end of the growing back-order queue... |
[#39]
The rep said at this point in time, this is how long they're telling people it will take new orders to fill - due to high demand. (and obviously no supply)
[#40]
I wouldn't take too much stock into that. It's better to under promise and over deliver.

Now I'm sitting with approved SBR and no Stock!. I still have the buffer tube and push button sig brace adapter that I will probably use for now Just haven't been able to unscrew buffer tube from adapter, must have some tough thread locker on there. |

Well I'm in for the group therapy that will be this thread as well... Ordered two of the 3x mag "essentials" deals and a collapsible stock this afternoon. Was also told March '16 for a NLT ship timeframe. At least it'll be a good birthday present if it does take that long. I feel like I got bent over on the pricing; and that was even with their 20% off coupon included with the purchase. I guess it's better than full retail.
Now for a 3 lug adapter and maybe one of those Geiselle triggers. Oh and an optic of some sort, looking at the Trijicon RX 30/34 maybe. |

I got a 3-lug adaptor for my MPX from HK Parts for $50. Cheapest I've found.
