Wow, that's sucks, you could try to contact the factory? but if worst comes to worst, have a gunsmith install one. Other then the rear flip up sight, I think its just a standard picatinny rail.

Wstclegunsmith (spelling?) probably has some.
Alternately, he could easily cut down and fit a Swiss rail ($$) |

It looks like they occasionally pop up on a popular auction site. 3 or 4 show as sold recently.

If you are talking about the rail that mounts on top of the receiver, check eBay. I see one pop up there once in a while.
