This is the 4M (recently announced for the FBI).  I love it.  Been using it for ~1 year now, too.

I am a HUGE fan of Aimpoint Micros, but our Romeo4 offerings are pretty dang nice.  Most of my experience is with the 4M - but we have a couple of new offerings for 2017 that are awesome, too.

Finally joined MPX crew.  Got a deal I couldn't pass up.  Now trying to decide how long to chop the barrel to (6" or 4.5").  What suppressor to run (thinking Octane 45 or Rugged). And what red dot to go with (really unsure on this one.  Maybe Vortex Sparc).  Already picked up 4 extra mags from Gunmagwarehouse as well.

Very nice.  Been waiting on my brace to ship from Optics Planet since October.  At this point I should have just paid a bit more and had it already.

Thoughts on it?

Since October?  I ordered a week ago and it said 2-3 weeks till it would ship.  Was that a lie?

The date is always moving so don't believe it.

That being said, received notification this morning that they got an order in and mine would be shipping.

Think SB Tactical way underestimated demand for these things.

Optics planet would be cheaper but I read SB tactical is supplying customer orders before distributors.  Took less than a week to get mine.

Got a notification just yesterday that it shipped.  Ordered on the 1st of January.

Thanks for the reply.

SB Tactical brace came from Midway, BC rail covers.  Now to determine what optic to put on it, what chop and what muzzle device.

Form 4 FINALLY came back on my omega 9k.  It is now finished.  MPX-C, SBR, chopped to 7".

Here's mine, taken on my crappy S5. Add-ons are: ALG ACT trigger, Bad-Ass safety, Streamlight TLR-1HL, Trijicon MRO on Scalarworks mount, and BCM Keymod covers. It look like I forgot to push the top rail cover down all of the way, oops.

Thanks man.   Seems like a solid piece so far.  Haven't shot it much yet but solid lockup and decent cheek weld.

Looks like MARPAT to me, so it would have to be Marine Raiders, which we know are in the area. Looks too dark to me to be AOR camo and I don't know of any other allied force wearing that other than Peshmerga. And a couple of those guys are little bit too light skinned to be local population.

The lack of comms gear makes me question the assessment though.

That said, Marines are still using EOTechs as well. So there's that.

The locals sport a camo very close to marpat so many US members over there rock it to blend in with the townies. Doesnt mean they're marines.

Aimpoint is an old Comp C3 in a Larue mount. I'm going to switch to my EOTech 512 though when I upgrade the optic on my primary AR.

The Comp C3 will go on my beater AR.

Getting ready to have the barrel cut down and threaded so I can direct thread the Form 1 suppressor on instead of having to use an adapter. Gonna get a Lancer hand guard too, most likely.

Anyone know if they are selling them with a picatinny rail to go on top yet?

yes you can buy the rail to go on top, BUT the 4" handguard does not offer a slot to make it work.

Have a couple of questions though. This has not been fired (new gun), and it looks like the trigger is already well used and is slamming against the front of the receiver (see marks). Is this normal. Also it appears by barrel does not fit all the way in to the receiver (see gap), is this normal?

its fine CHOOT IT!

Not been fired is a fallacy. All production firearms from Sig are usually fired, tweaked if needed then fired some more.
