If the answers to questions 12.c. and 12.d.1. are no, then the answer to 12.d.2. should be N/A.
Is that correct?  Not spelled out in the instructions.

I'm used to using eform 4473 and that program took care of the non-immigrant alien question that should not be answered automatically.
Eform 4473 has not been updated to the revised form yet.
