I abandoned a C$R application a bunch of years ago and am re applying.


They sent a letter wanting clarification on something and I could either send the info or the application would be canceled if no action was taken in 30 days. I let it cancel.


It asks if you've ever been denied a FFl so I want to put no because I wasn't issued a denial letter. The info they wanted is not an issue anymore.





What do you think?

I would say no unless you got an official letter from the ATF saying you were denied for such and such reasons.   I've let mine expire a couple times and reapplied, no big deal.
