My ticket expires 9/1/14.  ATF says they get you your renewal app 90 days before.  So i don't sweat it, figure that means it mails out on T-90, and it showed up on June 14.  fill it out, mail copy to CLEO  and ATF on June 15.Check clears on 6/24.  

Should I reasonably expect the renewal before 9/1?  When do you think I should start calling?  Would an updated expiration date in Ez check be the first indication that it was mailed?

This is my first renewal, so please forgive the panic.

If you mailed in right away, you're almost certain to get the renewal before your current license expires.  If you don't, you write and get a continuation letter until it shows up.

I've never had a timely mailed renewal not come back before the old license expired.

FFL EZ check today shows my new expiration date.  expecting the paper soon.
