That Tavor is made in Ukraine by RPC Fort. From my understanding they're in 5.45x39 and used by Special Forces in Ukraine.

Always wanted the 5.45 Tavor. Preordered the Tavor just for that purpose. Backed out after the initial delays & the announcement that they weren't doing it in 5.45. In 556 I was not enough impressed to add it in addition to my other 556s & preferred my AUG. Would rather have a second AUG than a AUG & Tavor. Now if they could bring out some rifle caliber kits for the AUG like in 5.45, 6.5 & 6.8 that would be fantastic. Or hell even a 6.8 kit for the Tavor I would consider it again.

After approximately 3 years of lusting after a Tavor I treated myself to a little Christmas present and got a sweet deal ($1225) on a new to me SAR 16 in the left-handed configuration. Like most of you, I love this gun. I'd like to say that waiting those 3 years, while tough to do, has allowed the manufacturers of aftermarket parts and accessories to fill in some of the necessary voids on this firearm. It's weird, love the gun but see some areas that need immediate improvement. I already ordered a Manticore buttpad and some Luma Safeties. Going to upgrade the charging handle eventually. Handguard and optics will be next. Thinking all the new accessories will be flat dark earth, as I like the contrast to the black. Like I said, it's weird having got this gun and then immediately dropping a few hundred $ in upgrades, but hell, she is worth it. Here are my two southpaw bullpups in the snow that has shut down Atlanta this weekend. Laugh away, Yankees.

Always had a soft spot for the AUG, will be adding one this year if everything goes the way I have planned. Keep up the pictures!

Vinyl wrap from eBay for cheap. I did a terrible job as I always do but it'll stay on there for awhile.

-Standard black KSG with KT sling. (Basic but it works)
-Folding polymer BUIS from Mission First Tactical. (Not sure how I feel about these. But they're adequate).
-OD Magpul AFG2
-Foliage Magpul ladder covers for some color.
-A sweet homemade cheek rest made from a $1 Walgreens Halloween koozie and some Gorilla brand tape.

This thing is .22 quiet with privi 158 grain.

AUG 9mm
Trijicon TA-44
Steiner OTAL-C IR laser - works wonderfully. It is offset enough to easily clear the charging handle and sling.
Surefire Scout light with a vampire head.
Blueforce Gear sling (vickers?)
Silencerco Octane 45 HD

My 9mm brother, from another mother. :D Don't see too many 9mm kits/AUGs around. Had my barrel threaded last year in anticipation of my suppressor coming in. Going on 7 months now. Can't wait to try the same Privi ammo in mine.

My AUG A3 CQC with the Hera Arms CQR foregrip mounted. Just got the foregrip on Saturday and it's perfect for the AUG. I love the way it feels, love the way it looks, and love that it has the sling swivel cups at the front so it moves the front of the sling down away from the charging handle and sight line. It also makes the AUG balance much better while slung.

With my other rifles.
