Call Hornady. They will send you these round washer shaped shims for die bushings. Mine did that too. PM and Dillon trimmer especially.
For handle, locktite her down. Good luck! |

I bought an O ring kit from Harbor Freight and used one of the O rings on my powder measure mount that has a LNL bushing set up.
It tightened up the fit just fine. |

Some Teflon tape at the top of the bushing where the O-ring is can help.

I've done the same with Teflon tape over the o-ring. Can find it in any hardware store
