I'm using a copied M80 load I found which has 147gr FMJ's under about 45gr of BLC2.

(I'd have to go home and look at my notes for the exact load, just spitballing)

I'm not a big reloader for the 308 so I just mass produce this one whenever I find more 308 brass. I've never tried precision loads for the SCAR, just made ammo that is accurate enough for blasting.

I will see if I can find data on that load as well.

I don't need  "tac driver" ammo just want good shooting fairly accurate ammo

I use Hornady 150g fmj and IMR 4895 or 4064.  LC brass and Winchester LRP.

Tagged since I just bought a SCAR 17 roughly a month ago and am still in the beginning stages of load development.

2 initial loads I have set up in various charge weights to test are -

168 grain Hornady AMAXs
Win brass
FGMM
Varget

and

150 grain Hornady FMJs
LC brass
WLP
Ramshot TAC - all charge weights I tested wouldn't fully cycle the bolt (weights were worked up to max per Ramshot's data)? Trying Win 748 next.

Just waiting on some free time and decent weather to start shooting.

M80 147gr "pulls" over 42.0gr of IMR4895 in LC cases.

This is my "have fun at the range" load not accuracy load.

Quick update, I'm getting some excellent results with the Hornady 168 grain AMAXs/Win Brass/Federal GMM/ Varget in the 41.5 - 42.5 range. Shot several 1 MOA or less groups with a Vortex PST 1-4 and the mediocre factory SCAR trigger. Way better than what I expected for sure.

My brass all looked fine, so I'm going to do some more testing with 42.8, 43.0, & 43.2 grain loads.
