Typically commercial brass has .223 Rem on head stamp and military has a date code and manufacturer code.

What can you tell me about this brass with the following head stamp:

Winchester NT commercial .223 ammo has primers without heavy metals, lead free projectile and clean burning powder.  I assume some combination of that in your brass' original loading.
