I replaced my RCBS Du-O-Measure missing hopper with a Lee replacement hopper used on the Perfect Powder Measure and Pro Auto Disk measure.  It was fairly close, just needed some JB Weld.  I picked this measure up for $20 bucks assuming I could just order the parts (WRONG!!).  Everything else is there and it's in really good shape and this model is very highly rated.  Because there is a pretty good void to fill, it took 3 applications.  Make sure you cover everything with masking tape as the runny JB Weld gets everywhere.  Uncured JB Weld can be cleaned up with isopropyl alcohol - once it's cured "GOOD LUCK".  For the first 2 applications I wrapped a thin ribbon of masking tape around the lowermost part to keep it from running down into the measure body.  You have to cut a notch in the tape for the key in the throat.  I coated the measure with Kiwi neutral shoe polish which released the JB very well.

Call RCBS. After I couldn't find a replacement hopper for sale, I called.

There are no parts made any more for this model.  None are available anywhere.  Most used units for sale do not have the hopper as this was the weak link.  Some have said that RCBS will send you a new uniflow in exchange if you send these in, but I really like this model and it gets really superb reviews, plus it has cavities for both rifle and pistol in one unit and the micrometer adjustment. I'm going to give it a try and see how accurate it is, if not satisfied I will see if RCBS will send me a competition uniflow ha ha.  By the way RCBS has awesome customer service and has sent me replacement parts for free that I broke due to my own stupidity.  I'm a customer for life.

Finally got it mounted.  Fabricated a mount from some aluminum bar stock.  Very solid, this measure is about the same accuracy as the Lee Perfect Powder measure and the Lee Pro Auto Disk mounted on my Classic Turret Press measuring BLC(2), Varget, and H335.  Extremely consistent operation is the key.

Great idea!

I also have a Duo Fast PM.  My hopper has some crazing up on the body, but is other wise still intact,  and have been considering some type of plan B for the hopper when it tango union!

Have you put any stick powder through it?
