Does anyone know where I could find any basic load data for jacketed 158gr round nose for use in 9mm ammo?

Thanks

I've been scouring the net for the same info the past few days, most of the loads I've found are for lead.

I loaded some Berrys plated 158s using 3.0, 3.2, and 3.4 gr of Win 231.  OAL was 1.150".

3.4 gave an average of 912 fps through a 10.2" Uzi barrel with no pressure signs.  Probably a little slower through a pistol barrel.

As always, YMMV, use at your own risk, etc.

I did 158's in subsonic 9mm years ago.
I have no idea what the powder weight
was, but I am sure I was using AA#2.

I wanted a light, functional load for
some matches, but I was not using
a suppressor.

It's not magic, but it can be tricky.

Be safe!

Did you size down the 357" to .356"? Or did you use the 38 super bullets? I was using 150gr 38 super bullets with success but Berry's, extreme, and the rest have all stopped production of them I assume to fill other orders.

This sounds like a good USPSA load...

I was looking at 38 Super cast lead bullets yesterday, bought 125g 9mm instead since I already have a load worked up for them...

my go to subsonic load is a 158gr lead rn at 1.15" 3.2gr w231. never chrono'd it though
as always use at your own risk. best advice is run the longest OAL that will feed/chamber

Gemtech says no lead in their suppressors, so I am trying to stay away from them.

Same plan I have. Especially for something that can't be disassembled.

I am working on using lead bullets powder coated. I loaded a bunch of 38 special and 357 mag rounds powder coated. I plan on
recovering the round to see if the back of the bullets stay coated. If they do then i will try 9mm and work my way to 9mm/can.
If that works then it will be 300 blackout coated.

Search the Brian Enos forum reloading pages.  Lots of folks there loading heavy 9mm.

I use a lee 158 gr RN  TL cast bullet sized .356  with 3.0 grs of WST.

So is there a 9mm can that will work for lead IE can be disassembled?   I just bought a 140gn HP mold I plan to use in a suppressed AR one of these days.

FRom the factory? I not many, if any. But many can be "jailbroken"...I.e. made disassemble-able.

I've had good results with .357 125 and 158gr bullets loaded in 9mm. My recipe for Montana Gold 158 JHP in a Glock 17 is 3.6gr WSF and Win SPP at 1.12OAL.
