FART just came in with a bunch of other goodies. To bad I don't have enough time to try it out before work.

Almost overpaid in the EE for 9mm projectiles. Cat-Mechanic caught me and directed me to Scheels, so I max ordered 1k .45 230gr and 500 9mm 124gr with free shipping.

Thanks @dryflash3 View Quote Planned out my work up loads for 200 gr Gold Dots in 10 mm. Blue Dot, Longshot, AA 9 and Power Pistol. Got my cases primed and expanded with a M die, far as I got. Friend came over and we assembled a lower and mated to his 5.56 upper. |

Cranked a quick 50 rounds of my new 9mm recipe on my super badass XL750.
ETA: Why only 50? Because I'm conflicted about using up my limited supply of SPPs. |

Got to try my FART out this morning. Cleaned a bunch of 9mm and threw a couple dark colored 300 blk cases that I found in the yard and a 223 that was in my range pick up. Using just the detergent that came with it, pins and 2 hours turned out better than I expected without lemi shine Attached File

Giraud triway showed up today. Hooked it up to a small motor. I think it's too heavy for it, back to the drawing board. But I did trim a couple .223 with a drill.

Ordered 4.4# of Vectan Tubal 3000, 1.1# Vectan A1, 1#SW blackout, 2# 3F BP, and 100 .311 projos.

Picked up 10 pounds of 223 range brass from a PD range. Decapped and sorted all of it. Now starting to wet tumble.
I'd say 50% Federal, 45% lake city......With some winchester, speer, perfecta???, PMC, black hills match and a mystery headstamp. |

made about 80 rds 45ACP on the 650, trying to run the primers dry so I can fiddle with my cam bearing thingy
Looked at the two bullet pullers that came in from MidwayUSA the other day, will do an update on how they look, function, etc next day or so Sorted some more 45ACP by headstamp looking for AMERC's, didn't find any and to weed out small primed cases. Truth be told, didn't do much |

Mailed off a broken 30 cal Lee decapping stem for replacement. Pin broke.
They have a life time replacement and have gotten new ones over the years. Unlike RCBS or Dillon, you do have to send the broken one back to them. Got my 10 mm brass tumbling in both wet tumblers. They are set on a timer. Tomorrow will do the 100 or so small primer cases. |

Running out of room in the bullet bunker. I had to rearrange it to fit the 3,500 9mm tips I have received lately. Gearing up for a 115gr run to mimic the Sig practice rounds.

Removed old primers on a couple hundred more 9mm cases. I've got about 600 more to do then into the wet tumbler.

Picked up some extra shelving a month ago and finally got around to organizing & cleaning my reloading/gun room.
Can't even describe how satisfying it feels to finally get that done and to actually have some breathing room. |

Set the 1050 up to run 35 gallons of 223. I might make some blackout of of some of that brass.

Taught a friend the basics of reloading for the 300 win mag. We also dabbled in 300 BO.
His tikka likes the 200 gr Sierra Gameking over H4350. Able to put together a 1" group at 100 yards without really trying. Funny thing is we measured the distance to the lands on his rifle and to fit in the magazine, his bullets are jumping .250" before hitting the rifling. Makes me wonder what it would be capable of if he could limit the jump to .020" lol. |

9mm and .45 came in from Scheels order from 2 days ago. Max ordered 9mm and .45 again this morning from them.
Last night I loaded 30 110gr .257 Weatherby Mag rounds for a back up rifle for my cow elk hunt. Also ran through 100 primers in the 550 for 230gr .45 |

Weight sorted 1k PRVI 174gr FMJBT bullets to see if I can actually load some decent rounds with them. On Wednesday I got lucky and picked up 8lbs of IMR 4064, 500 Fed SR primers, 500 LRM primers, and 100 168gr SMK’s.
Monday I have 1k 200gr 45acp and 500 145gr 9mm bullets coming in from ACME. Next week I’ll snag some more Large Rifle Match primers and hopefully some H335 from my LGS. |

I made a bracket to mount the Lee case feeder to my inbound XL750.
I hadn't welded in at least 10 years. It could have gone better Lee Case Feeder on a Dillon XL650 Press |

I loaded up some 30-06 test loads using H4895 and 150gr Barnes TTSX bullets.
I unloaded quite a few 7mmRM, 300wm, 30-06, and 300blk handloads. I now have some case cleaning to do. |
|

Went a little overboard with my new lee depriming die and almost have knocked the primer out of every 308, 270,30-06, and 270 case I have. Like a kid with a new toy

Yesterday my Lyman .357 158 grain RNFP bullet mould came in, as did the 2,000 .357 158 grain FMJ bullets I ordered. Today I’ve been streamlining my powder coating procedure and working on shelf space for that operation. Bought some Reynold’s Wrap non-stick aluminum foil for the bullets to “bake” on.
Also I built a little basket out of 1x4s and plastic mesh screen to use to separate the bullets from the excess powder coating. I should have ordered one a week ago but I didn’t. I had the materials to build one laying around anyway. |

Just sorted the gallon zip lock bag of brass I picked up while at the match today. Think half of it ended up being 223 I kept finding small piles of. Think I'm turning into my old man when it comes to picking up brass.

Took 2 batches of 10MM cases out of the wet tumblers.
Dried, sorted them and put them away. Ran a Hornady crimp reamer on all the S&B cases for easy primer seating. Got the last batch of 10mm brass tumbling. |

Trimmed some .223 with the cordless drill, got a new motor ordered for the Giraud. Loaded 40 DG 115gr 9mm with Bullseye, and 10 with 700x. I've never used the 700x before, but it's cheap and I have a couple pounds, figured I'd should work up a load so I have it.

I loaded 60 rounds of 30-06 with 150 grain Hornady FMJ's for my Garands.

I did something I thought I would never do. I paid $200 for 2k primers. Since I started casting bullets again I figured I have about $120 per thousand loaded rounds of 9mm.
I also swept the floor under my bench. I found just under 100 good primers there. |
|
|
Knocked the primers out of a 100 or so .300 BO cases and tossed them in tumbler. My tumbler is an ancient Frankford Arsenal model that doesn't handle liquid so it'll be a couple of hours until the corn cob gets 'em cleaned up.
