I do feel like a big piggy on this but tried to get the shipment back down to one large flat rate box and tried to include items of value

I was wondering if it was time to send the two boxes on different routes, but that adds a whole 'nuther complication of managing the list of recipients.

note really....BOX 1 list, BOX 2 list actually sounds like a GREAT idea. shippings going to be the same either way...then watch it grow to freight line delivery

I was successful in packing it down to one box.  There was some packing materiel between both boxes so there was unused space between both boxes.  The 9mm brass, plastic blocks, powder dispenser and 44 special dies were taking up a good amount of space or were awkward to pack around.

Wasn't able to find the tracking number, tried calling USPS customer service but can only get an automated response asking for the tracking number.  Going to contact the post office the wife shipped it from and see if they have a way to recover the number.

ya know...just FYI....USPS has this cool site where you can go order their boxes and they will deliver them to your house! You can also ship online using one of their boxes and charge it directly to your paypal account, then schedule pickup and they'll walk up to your door the next morning and get it whereever you laid it!
Awesome time saver! Just print label, tape it on, schedule pickup, throw on front porch. Easy Breezy!

I am sorry about losing the tracking number on this.  Called the USPS and she said that they have no way to track the package without the number.  She also said that it should take about 4 days or so to get there, so it should have been there Friday or Saturday.  If it fails to show up in the next day or two I will make a new case and get it in the mail and post the tracking number.

I have already gotten FB41's info and it will be enroute in the next few days

Im going to add it to the running talley, but I had a couple things I wanted to add to make it easier and more enjoyable for everyone involved

- Please, please, please re-inforce the box. Right now its in a Large Flat rate box, as you can see in my last pic, I got a few extra boxes and cut them up, to re-inforce the box
- If you add small items such as shell holders, gas checks or misc pieces of brass, please use a zip loc bag or something to keep them from going everywhere. I had to clean up 1000 gas checks where the box broke open
- If you add a small box such as dies, bullets etc.. PLEASE secure the box with some tape, glue etc
- When you get shipping info, PLEASE SAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER! If the box doesnt make it, its the only proof you have that you ACTUALLY shipped it

I want to thank everyone involved so far, this has gone better than I could have imagined! Lets hope we can keep it going!

I would say IM and Email it to the recipient. Putting it on the web is bad OPSEC.

Yeah, I don't see a need to publish it. It's more to CYA in case the package is lost you can show that you did ship it.

I agree, best to keep it in an IM.

Works for me.

When I forward the package on, I'll IM the recipient with the tracking number.

PM me to be added to the list

Things to remember
