I have heard a lot of positive feedback for Spyderco's customer service. I've never personally used customer service, but I'm a Spyderco fan.

A couple of years ago I had the chance to stop by their place in Boulder, Co. Very nice show room and great selection. There were a couple of fellas working behind the counter and I was the only customer at the time. We got to talking and they found out I was in public service. They offered me 40% off anything in the store and I took them up on it. I think I dropped about $650.00.

+87 on the service. I broke the tip off a 20 yr old delica I had. $25 bucks later, I got it back with a reprofiled blade.

Just got 6 new scale screws to replace lost and buggered screws in my 10 year old Military. GTG.
