Just finished these up.

1st is a Skirmish, 3/16" 1084, chisel grind, acid etched and stonewashed finish.

2nd is what I call the urban Kwaiken. 3/16" 1084, chisel grind acid etch and stone washed finish.

Also, another Hunter Lite. 1/8" 1084.

Thanks guys. I really got a thing for the Japanese style stuff, especially kwaikens and kiris.

Just out of curiosity I note that you make most everything out 0f 1084, why that particular steel as opposed to 1095 or O1 ?

Mainly because up until recently I havnt had the oil to properly quench 1095 and I like the results I was getting with 1084. Now I can do 1095 but I still like 1084 and 5160 for the simple steels. Cpm3v is my favorite though.
