So, if anyone knows a way to actually get them to respond to emails/phone calls/etc... and either get me a hawk I paid for, or refund my money, I'd love to hear it.
I ordered a Roger's Rangers Tomahawk 28 months ago at this point. I had decent contact with them, and was told he was recovering from something (iirc), and paid in full. I was told it would take around 2 months or so.
I contacted him at 2 months, to make sure it was going to be shipped to the right address, because of some issues at the local PO, and he said a few more weeks.
It has been 24 months since then.
I have sent emails at 6 month intervals, which have been ignored. I have called, and left (polite) messages, which have been ignored.
Should I just contact the California Attorney General at this point?
I really just want this resolved, and I'm irritated enough at this point that I'm going to start dropping this everywhere.
