You can't go wrong with 215grs of pretty much any powder. If you're using pull down powder you might want to go a little lower, say 205grs.

215grs is a very mild load but it will still send a .50 round out past 1000 yards without any problems. With those being solids you can push them harder. You shouldn't have any trouble loading them up to 240grs of H50BMG BUT be sure to watch for pressure signs as you work your way up!

Depending on how many you have to load up, it shouldn't take that long to load up a box. Probably an hour or less and that's with weighing each charge by hand.
