I'm a former US869 loader.  When I was able to get 48 lbs. of virgin WC867 for 6 bucks a pound, I all but forgot about US869.  I maxed out API's with US869 at 218 grains.  Pretty much the same with M-33's.  Velocity was in the low 2,700's out of an AR-50.  My elevation is 1,730 feet.  I would start out at 210 to be safe.
