Sorry for being a dumbass but I just dont want to mess up a 1k barrel.  I am trying to remove the factory brake on a factory 10 inch assembly for my SCAR 16 SBR.  How do you put the barrel in properly?  I read that its supposed to house the FSB which makes sense because if I just use the barrel channel it will spin no matter how hard i clamp vise.  Any help here appreciated.
