Are they still having out of spec issues?

I bought Handl's SCAR25 early last year and have not had any issues with it, granted I've only run approx 500 rds through it since.  Upper to lower fit is nice, want to say it's a little more snug than OEM, and all Magpul LR magazines drop free.  I'm happy with it.

Here she is right after installation:

According to the guys at Handl it was a percentage of the ones built in 2012 that had the issue. They will replace it for free if you end with one. Condiering it's been almost 4 years, I's day you are good.

I've got one, was a tight fit, but have had zero issues.

What are the out of spec issues?

I bought one a couple years ago, works fine with magpul gen2 pmags, but the gen3 pmags are tight and won't drop free.

I preordered mine from Rainier at the $275 introduction price a couple years ago, so I think its safe to say I received one of the first ones. It was a super tight fit, as in requiring a couple taps from a rubber mallet to install/remove the lower from the rifle, but it broke in eventually. I have run close to 5000 rounds through the gun since I installed the Handl lower; not a single malfunction.
