Never used a sling before in my life... never had to.

But I just realized a training course I'm doing next week requires one and well... I have no idea what type of sling I should get. I've heard nothing but great stuff for Blue Force Gear, but 1 point? 2 point? 2 to 1?

May need to order it soon and hope it gets here on time.

Blue Force, Magpul, V-Tac all good slings.  Just decide do you want single point or two point only.  It is really prefrence and how your rifle is setup especially with the SCAR due to lack of sling attachments.

I have the Giles slings with H&K hooks on both ends on both my SCARs.  They offer a lot of carry options.  Single point slings I've used generally hit the boys sooner or later.

I love Urban ERT slings - I've bought his slings exclusively for various rifles I have had over the years

I like the Blue Force padded slings with the QD attachments better than the H&K hooks. I have both but the QD is just easier to deal with for me.
