223 is just lower powered 5.56....sometimes
you can shoot .223 through a 5.56, but you cannot always shoot 5.56 through an older .223....some 5.56 have higher pressure i buy .223 wold gold for my m16a2...shoots w/o issues |

Been on a kick on buying M855 5.56 but just checked my stash and have like 12k of Wolf .223 REMINGTON.
