Yeah. I got my grenade. But it is going to end up costing me quite a lot of money. I'm now determined to get my SOT so I can do R&D for more designs I came up with.

Go pro, stop with the PAYING for hobby-amateur stuff.

Get a job in the industry, it literally pays to do this work, practice all the time, and then when you decide on something (which NEVER happens) you can roll your own & register it if you desire.

Me, I get plenty at work, have keys to the mags, and never worry 'bout a thing.

Next I want to take up & develop my machining skills so that I can design and score-cut-modify my own frag sleeves.

Something in exotic metal, with tungsten cubes interlaced with cubic zirconium.

Sort of a DFFC with pyrophoric properties.

I could use an FFL for my gun writing anyway, and with an SOT, I get to try some of my designs. I couldn't afford to do this professionally, my day job pays too well. But being able to do this on the side lets me capitalize on my ideas.
