Curious. A tax stamp for every round just to shoot it gets expensive.

As things currently stand, with inert solid projectiles or projectiles which contain 1/4oz or less of explosive, no, each round is not a DD.

I'm guessing you want to know this for your BRDM and not because you find yourself thinking about a PRTS?

But note that if it has more than 0.0 oz of explosive, then it's most likely considered regulated as an explosive.

Explosive items and DD's are regulated differently.
