I'm starting to reload 37mm.

The only component I need are black powder bushings for 37mm shells .

They are between $5-$7.50 for 10 of them, but I can't find a seller that doesn't charge $15-$18 for shipping.

Are there any other options?

Thanks

It's a bit of time, but punch out cardboard disks and rings, and epoxy them together and you can have bushings for only a few cents.

I wonder if i do that, and cover them in epoxy, how long they'll last?

I've got time I might try this out

some projectiles do not need them.
I use cardboard tubes and a lot of hotmelt glue to make my projectiles. I have in the past used a soda bottle cap in the bottom of the projectile in place of the powder bushing. I glue the  plastic cap in so the open end is facing the case. when ready to load I put the powder in the cap them put the projectile in the case and seal it. the powder stays centered over the primer

Buy a piece of foam pipe insulation at Home Depot. Cut a 1/2" length to use as a bushing. They work great and are super cheap and easy.
