View Quote You're missing the REX MG22 Extreme Duty 22 suppressor. I found on another site it says Repairable High-Strength High-Temperature Silicone Rubber Cap Wipe (McMaster-Carr item 5787T63 and Punch 3427a17) Not sure if those McMaster Part #'s are correct. Tried look on REX's website but when I go into the suppressor section on their page I get a 404 error. Very weird. |

Wish I could do the same for the XM9, but it needs some without a hole in the middle. |

I’ve just standardized on neoprene and center X cutting for both the Aurora II and XM9 as well as a Station Six can.

So is it necessary to make a center hole for wipe in a DA wolfman?
Was thinking of just skipping that step |

Will be buying the washers first but can see getting the strips or sheets, punches, and then cutting some down the road. Seems like something easy top do on a cold/wet day... Maybe. |

Or try putting a piece of duct tape over the end of your can.

Thank you.
I’m going to get some. My office has a durometer. I’ll test the OEM and the purchased. Thanks. 8654 |

What did you find as far as hardness of the OEM rubber?
|
|
|
I have tested this.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00XLV9LCS?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details With 147gr it made a very noticeable pop, will try with 158gr to see if its any better. I just got in some of this. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KM2Y3FY?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Its listed as 70A but I still feel the factory material is just a bit harder. Also the stuff I got is reinforced, I didn't know that at the time of purchasing. I'll test it out with 158gr and let you know. Has anyone taken a Durometer to the factory material yet? I was thinking taking it to a rubber place that's here in town to see if they have anything comparable. |

Just got in my hole punch, took a week and half to get but Etsy was the only place I could find one that is the correct size. For 9 bucks you really can't beat it either.
It's the perfect dimensions to the factory ones. 27MM https://www.etsy.com/listing/1357518788/custom-round-steel-leather-cutting-die?click_key=b643f1ab9ddd85e7de175ef6dc0dd4566f0fecf8%3A1357518788&click_sum=b350b2f5&ref=hp_rv-1&pro=1&frs=1&variation0=3104771749 Still waiting on getting out there to test the material. Anyone found a way to make nice neat X's in them yet? When i use a flat x-acto blade they are always off a bit. Anyone try it without an X or maybe just a center punch hole? |
