You should be fine, but I would stay on top of it. If it for some reason takes 6 months for form 3's, then I might be rethinking form 4's to another set of form 3's to different dealer. But back log maybe gone by then meaning less wait. Do you not have any other dealers?

The dealer can still handle your cans after his SOT expires.

But, you also might consider whether this move means the dealer is having financial troubles and will still be around. We have seen dealers close and disappear while still having jailed cans. Just a thought.

no I am 100 percent sure he,s NOT having money problems he just does,nt sell enough supperessors for it 2 b worth his time and permit fees he,s told me this for 2 years

According to my calculations
 the current Wait Time is about 40 to 42 weeks (and counting).
I estimate than any Form 4 sent in on Monday, March 27, might be approved by the middle of January 2018. Your Milage WILL Vary. |
