Carry in an open front holster.  Not sure how well or if it would conceal carry, though.

I've thought about checking with El Paso Saddlery to see if they would make a custom 1927 holster to accommodate a 3.5" 22/45 with a Spectre 2 mounted.
http://www.epsaddlery.com/pc-71-15-1927-holster.aspx

For a G17 you may be limited to a Raven Vanguard or similar.

I've carried a suppressed USP using a drop leg holster. Holster I used was a cheap ebay one with an open end like this one:

A quick google search shows some good options. Kydex or canvas? Leather would be there also for the right price

For a glock I like the gladius, 5th pic on the top, going left to right on their webpage.

I have 2 leg rigs that work well.

1. A London Bridge Trading leg holster that was designed specifically for the Seals and their HK45C pistol with suppressor and laser sight.  It works really well (even with a full size Octane). (87 bucks direct from LBT, but was a special order item through the HKPRO forum).

2. A Black Hawk Modular Holster which allows a weapon light to be attached and has a bunch of different configurations (55 bucks on Fleabay).

The problem you have with traditional holsters is you end up trying to pull what is essentially a foot-long barrel out of a pouch. Kind of awkward. Something hat opens in the front would make for a better draw.

Many of the various "race gun" competition holsters should work. Here's a shot of a Hogue Powerspeed.

I was thinking the other day something like the holster for a 10" Desert Eagle could be made to work.

Since you have a glock, I would go with this ^.

For any other firearm, I'd look into gladius suppressor holsters. I have one for my FNP45T, and while I love it, the snap on the strap tends to get sticky or stiff to unclip. I would also look into these holsters.

Just cut the top off a serpa holster. Besides the whole serpa ND issue, it holds the gun with no issues.

Don't know, that's what they charge for one I guess.

I didn't post any price, so don't know what you're talking about.

Oh, apparently that's what they think their holster is worth. Not sure I'd pay that, but it's just another option for the OP.

Yup, look at the photo domestique1 posted, that guy has to draw the pistol up to his armpit to clear the holster.

You said carry a suppressed pistol.  You can find various holsters that may have an open end that you slide the suppressor down.   I use one of those when Im night hunting with an IR laser attached.   As said suppressors get hot and will melt nylon.

You didnt say conceal, but if you did,  dont bother.  Pupose of a conceal is to be ready for a possibly quick situation.  i couldnt imagine having my suppressor on and trying to draw it in an intense situation, unless its in my home and its stored in a drawer.  Let us know what you find.  Anout the only time I carry a pistol is conceal or when I hunt.  Hog protection

In a thread some months back, someone recommended a Battle Cloth but they've been out of stock.  I emailed and KNS didn't know when they would be back in stock.  Google for more pictures.

One more for the Crye Gunclip. I have NOT used one but I RSO matches where one of our regular shooters runs one. It actually holds the gun securely. The shooter who runs it does not mince around when he shoots. He does not have to keep a hand on the gun while running like some ghost holsters require.

Gunclip vote here.

Used one with a tlr1, and a friends octane for a while. Even without it clipped it held my g19 in securely. Maybe not rolling around securely, but Defineyly good enough for running around. It's a strange draw stroke that requires some practice, and actually clipping it shut was a two handed job for me, but I  never encountered any issues with it. Plus it can attach to your normal belt, or molle on my HSGI sure grip belt :)

Any idea if/when crye intends to offer a gun clip For a pistol with a proper grip angle ?

I carry my suppressed MC Operator in an open tip soft holster in a cross-draw configuration with TLR-1 and Lasermax IR when I'm out night scouting.

Has anyone modified a Crye GunClip to work with the large frame glocks? Would work perfect for G40 plus can in the woods.
