I called today just to check to see if my forms were pending yet that were submitted about a month ago because one had the stamp paid through the dealer and the other was a money order (which the serial wasn't pulling any info). She said they are currently entering applications from December into their system right now. She did recommend calling to confirm that the form goes to pending and to give it another month and check again.

My dealer handled most of the process so I'm a little light on the details but I can tell you this much....
SiCo Octane 9mm Dead Air Mask 22lr Form4 - trust Mailed: 5/31 (2016) Approved form 4 received by dealer: 3/22 (2017) 9 days short of a full 10 months mailbox to mailbox Also did a Form 4 - trust for a SiCo Omega that got mailed on 7/11 (nothing like waiting until the last minute huh?  ). It will be interesting to see how long that one takes? I'm pretty sure it will be more than 41 more days

Called the ATF today to check up on my last stamp.
Dead Air Ghost-M Purchased 6/16/16 Pending 6/22/16 Approved 3/22/17 Stamp received TBD 9 months to the day. Hoping to have my stamp and can in hand within two weeks. Last one was at my dealer within 7 business days. |

BATFE must only send of forms a couple of days a week.
Me another guy here both approved on March 4th, stamp arrived at Capitol Armory on 3/22. Another guy approved March 8th, arrived at Capitol Armory on 3/22. |

When you all say pending, is that the date your check was cashed?
I've been through this years ago with a Form 1 for an SBR, but I don't remember when it became pending. Just received notification yesterday that my check was cashed for a Griffin Optimus. |

Headed to finally get my stamp today.
Bought my .45 can from SS on April 14, 2016 Form 3 Status: Disposed 7/7/2016 Form 4 Status: Submitted 5/20/2016 Stamp finally approved March 2, 2017 (Form 4 trust) Stamp arrived at Dealer March 24, 2017. Picked up today, March 26, 2017. 345 total days from purchase to pick up. 
edit: dealer had two other approved stamps in same envelope...one was approved 2 weeks after mine, so they are sitting on the approved forms, saving $$ on envelopes and stamps. #$%@#$% ATF. |

Spoke with Melissa She said there processing mid to late June 2016 I'm june 30th for check cashed date She said any day now I should be getting my approval. There seeing about 9 months on Avg for turn around time. I was a bit intimidated to call but it was super easy and they were very polite |
