Anyone else go the LLC route? I have 2 suppressors that went pending May 17th on a paper form 4 to my LLC. Should I wait a couple weeks before checking on them?

I called on a couple form 4s yesterday and was told that they are still working on May submittals and that the approval time is likely going to exceed 8 months going forward into the June submittals.

240 days on one, 224 days on another, and 203 on the last one.......its been a long wait, and will probably get a lot longer......I doubt I will do this again.

Seems like 1's are mid/late June now so they should finish them in the next couple months then hopefully 4's will pick back up a bit. |

Bah.....They collect our tax dollars before they even begin to look at he forms. It should be the other way around, the very fact that it takes 9 months is evidence of that. I must be missing something....

By your previous post you made it sound like you were going to stop doing it out if frustration over the wait times. I too am okay on suppressor purchases for quite sometime because of my pre-41P splurging. If the HPA did pass, just for the hell if it I would buy a direct thread can to pin/weld to a 10.5" AR upper to have a stamp free gun. I just bought my first post 41P NFA item (SBS) last week because I don't have one of those, so to hell with the anti-gunners. |

Purchased a sandman ti and an octane 45 on May 17 using my trust. Approved on Feb 2, just waiting on the stamps to get to the dealer so I can pick them up.
Edited cause I put the wrong approved date, sheesh, it's seemed like a year. |
