It's a new thing for me, the 10.3. I've always been a fan of 11.5-12.5 but I've got to say, it's a handy length. From a purely entertainment perspective, the carbine is fun as hell. I haven't done enough testing to determine long term reliability, medium range accuracy, or any research regarding ballistics and it's viability as a defensive weapon. But it's such a blast to train with in close quarters so far

mine is set up with a 3x9 and it's fantastic with some 110 grainers or my buddies 165 grainers
