Waiting on my Sako TRG-42 338 Lapua. Does Advanced Armament make a can for it? Any one shooting one? Or another brand? Seen them on lots of them just dont know what brand they are.
Anyone have a good solid used one available?  Anyone happen to know the thread size of the TRG-42 with factory screw off muzzle break?

Thanks for any help or advice

Jet is another company that makes a can specifically for the .338LM.

I just installed one on a SAKO 2 weeks ago.

This pic shows an AR-30, but the SAKO just has different threads.

It was recently independently tested at 138 db, using Black Hills ammo. Groups size was less than 1/2" at 100 yards, and as I recall, about 1" at 300 yards.

We have been devolping a .338 silencer for a foreign military contract for the last year. We are building extras and will sell them on the civilian market sometimes this year.

737Shark is making a run of 338 ti/inconel cans. I've heard his 308 can and it's very quiet!!!

Soundtech makes an excellent can for the Lapua, with or without recoil reduction. Quiet and very accurate. I've shot the one with recoil reduction and it feels like a 243.

Here is my AI/SRT combo.  The recoil/sound reduction is incredible.

Very cool.

I like the step-down on the can.

Smart.
