Tlr4 is a tricky beast, I didn't see many holsters for them off the shelf, there is a chance that it fits ok in the safari land 6378 for the streamlight m3x, surefire x200/300 etc. light bearing holster. Might try ordering one from Amazon, Give me a pm if I forget, but I've got a glock 19 and a Tlr4 I can try out in the 6378. I really like the 6378, perfect blend of price, functionality and quality is way more than what you pay for.
ETA: no go on the 6378, laser sticks down too far. |

Contact this ebay seller, I purchased a simple "RCS" like holster from him, and it's very good for the price. He'll custom make some holsters, all you have to do is ask.
