Recently purchased a Rem 700 in .270 for my father in law and am setting it up for him before we give it to him for Christmas.  Have ordered in the majority of the needed stuff for the rifle including Allen Co Remington case, sling, Triad Tac Stock Pack, Nikon lens cleaning kit, Leuopold QR mounts and extra high rings, and a Nikon Prostaff 3x9-40mm BDC scope with butler creek lens covers.

Looking to get an ARD (anti reflection device) for the optic as an option but am unable to find a good one that will definitely work.  My question is does anyone know of a good solution for this, I would prefer to have both the ARD and lens cover active on the scope .

Thank you in advance for any information

Why the extra high rings for a 40mm objective?  They may cause an issue with cheek weld, and you could easily get away with meds (some low height rings even work).

If the previous answer is too expensive you can use panty hose.

Scope is to be used in conjunction with rifle sights on barrel. Tested with a 50mm objective scope wouldnt fit without removing rear sight. Switched to the 40mm to bypass that issue. Also using a Triad Tactical Stock Pack which will allow for higher cheek weld.
