I have a older ruger 44 mag rifle in nice shape it is semi auto and has a manlicher stock anyone have any idea what it's worth thanks Sean

I'd estimate $400- $450. Early Ruger 44's had a habit of breaking where the trigger group connects to the upper. Hopefully yours is OK. Later models were redesigned to correct the problem.

I sold one the other day for $500.
My phone rang off the hook as soon as I posted it.
It was factory stock.

Mini-14's are also desirable in their stock condition. Must be a Ruger thing.

As a general thing, Rugers w. the Mannlicher stocks are termed "International" in the model designation. Older models w. that stock ran into lower production numbers than the standard version and are priced accordingly. In the case of the Model 44 International, my copy of the Blue Book (32nd ed) shows value ranging from $900-$350 going from 100% condition down to 60% and has a footnote that factory checkering adds another 50%.
