194 here. I've read others here say that they submitted another app and that all of a sudden got the original approved. I hate to spend another $200 on each submission though.

I cancelled the paid Form 1s for my brace equipped pistols a few weeks ago at around the 190 day mark, it took like 4 business days for the refunds. I had a Form 1 disapproved early July on a batch of stripped lowers I submitted. It was disapproved same day as the rest of the batch was approved, right around 50 days. It was refunded inside of 2 business days. |

Two Form 4‘s for rimfire suppressors submitted with minutes of one another on 14 August 2022. The first was approved in middle of May 2023. The other is still pending.

I must be living a charmed life, I efiled 3 Form 1s on July 12th, got one back in 25 days, the other two in 34 and 35 days respectively.

210 days, received the last of my pending Form 1s this morning. Been planning on a Form 1 SBS. With the wait times, having to tattoo it with my trust info and having to deal with shipping, I’ll probably go the factory Form 4 SBS option.

Just hit 100 days on my Form 1 Pistol Amnesty. Around 130 days on my Form 4s for my rimfire suppressors

It seems that the summer F1 submissions are getting back to shorter times. Meanwhile ones from earlier in the year are still pending. I had a 6/24 filing that was 41 days. Still waiting on a e form amnesty 5-2-23 checked other day still says submitted.
Was hoping it would have come through as I built my father in law an ar also for his bday. Was gonna get new stock for mine use my brace for his. Instead had to buy stock for his my luck I’ll get approved like day or two before 🙈 |

I'm over the 200 day mark on the amnesty form 1 for a braced .22lr AR. At this point I'm just assuming they are not even looking at these anymore.
Has anyone heard anything on these? Has anyone contacted their congressman over these? |

Passed 120 days last week on my last of 5 Brace stamps all filed on the same day. Of course it was the most important one.
I’m pretty sure their are a handful of incompetent or lazy examiners who just let their stack pile up and they are so miserable none of their coworkers are willing to assist. That would explain the discrepancies in my opinion. |

I submitted 3 Amnesty forms on 5/28. 2 of 3 have been approved: 2 weeks ago and 3 weeks ago (11.5 and 12.5 weeks) . 1 still pending.

More information? No.
You can verbally confirm that it is actually submitted but that's it. You'll be told to wait. I get nothing valuable out of calling, but I do after eight months on a Form 4, only because I fool myself that I'm being proactive and doing something. I am not, in actuality, getting anything done. |

All five of my amnesty Eform1's were submitted May 28th, just under the deadline and approved September 5th, 100 days. All five are in a trust. I also submitted a 24 Month Exemption Letter. Perhaps the trust and letter helped me? All five amnesty Eforms1 were approved by the same examiner.
Coincidentally, I got a Form4 suppressor stamp submitted on April 3rd and approval on August 29th, 178 days. The Eform4 and the Eform1 approvals were 7 days apart. Edit: All five of mine were 80%. |

I’m still hanging in with 2 eform 1 amnesty brace forms submitted with eft prints on May 17. Hopefully soon!
I had 1 e form approved on the amnesty brace with eft prints earlier in the year in 72 days. I’m closing in on 10 months form 4 suppressor filled as individual. My last suppressor last year took 14 months! |

Form 4 can from trust to corporation. Both transferor and transferee in Florida and have done numerous Form 1s and 4s. Submitted and accepted 7/25/22. Today is day 420.

Mid fucking January. Two "Free" SBRs. EFT files, individual. Not a peep from those idiots. It's a fucking joke.
I even did a "Ask The Expert" several months ago asking WTF. I got a response saying we don't have time to look into your query. Fuck 'em. I dismantled the fucking things. Don't even have them any more. No longer give a fuck. The only time I even think of it is when I see threads like this one pop up on my feed. Been about 250 days |
