Does the different ATF stamps on the pictured cards make a difference? Just noticed I had different cards.

I wouldn't think so. The ORI is the important part.

Good to know. I guess I'll report back in 12 months, if it's ok or not...lol. I sent a Form 1 off last week and was getting ready to do a Form 4 with my dealer and realized I had a mix of stamps on the cards.

It won't matter. Only the ORI matters.

What if I have cards with a blank ORI box? Can I still submit them?

If you write in the correct ORI, yes.
