[ARCHIVED THREAD] - How to get copy of approved eform 1?

So I had an approved eform from several months ago an just got around to completing the build. I thought I had downloaded a pdf copy of it but I guess I didn't. How do I get copies of these forms? I logged into the eform system but all the approved forms are gone.

All mine are still there.

Do you have the Approval email saved anywhere? It should have the PDF attached.

On my iPhone I have the emails. It has the attachment symbol but no attachment.

ETA: it's been like that since I received them.

Open your mail on a "real" computer. the attachment will be there.

Or just access webmail through Safari. The attachments don't show up on an iDevice using the default Mail app. No idea why.

Yeah I saved everyone accept this one. It was my last approved eform. Stupid on my part the only email I have pertaining to this one is the submission and payment email. Any ideas on why they aren't still in eforms? I mean it's been a year since my last submission so I haven't really been on it much would they remove it for inactivity?

You do remember to go in and click Approved, and then Form 1, right? They don't just show up on the home screen.

As I said, I checked after you posted and all mine are there, so the system isn't dead.

Well sir I thank you for your assistance. It turns out I was freaking out over nothing. Yesterday when I checked eforms I got error messages and nothing. Just checked mine after discussing the email situation and no script errors or anything and tada here are my approved forms. I now have a copy again. Thanks again for taking the time to entertain my case of the stupid.
