F3 submitted 3-23-16 F3 Approved 6-17-16 
YHM Stinger (Gamaliel): F3 submitted 4-1-16. F3 approved 5-27-16. Two Hybrids (Gamaliel): F3 submitted 4-6-16 & 5-26-16. F3 approved 5-25-16 & 6-22-16. Note that the Stinger from Gamaliel was purchased first (of the Gamaliel cans), but cleared after the Hybrid. The MIST from QR, which was purchased before either the Stinger or first Hybrid, cleared after those two (and was my longest F3 time in the last year). |

I'm in a similar situation. Ordered a suppressor that was "in stock" from GrabAGun on Feb 27th. I called and sent several emails wondering when they sent in the form 3. They recently replied that they sent the form 3 in the mail on April 5th. I'm hoping they send it to my FFL within the next week but I'm not holding my breath.. |

I would ask your dealer to email you a copy of the submitted form 3. They should be able to provide this to you and it will have the signed date on it giving you an idea of progress. If they can't come up with the form 3 then I would find another dealer. In my opinion their are to many good dealers out there to be stuck with a bad one. Good luck

form 3 submitted 4-20 came back today 6-27, Surefire SOCOM762-Mini2 being shipped to my LGS today. Wait times around mid april or before are in the 10 week range so for all still waiting, anything longer than 3 months tells me something might not be right... then again depends who has your forms sitting on their desk. I assume some move faster than others through the "workload"!!! Good luck everyone, if in doubt find something in state none the less so it can go out on a form 4 immediately!

I can't speak for anyone else, but our dates are currently all over the place. The other day we got in some F3s in the same envelope that were dated end of March through early May. A 45 day spread in total.

Bought a DA Ghost on Mar 15, dealer sent me copy of Form 3 on Mar 17 stated it was signed and mailed. Called ATF today, Form 3 went pending June 23rd... Only reason I called, is that other cans I have bought in mid/late-April, are already at dealers and Form 4 sent off... Is this typical?

You can't make this up, I received two e-mails from Scott at Tar Heel at 5:43m today (seriously, what other dealer is working that early on a Holiday weekend) that the F3 cleared on my Obsidian and it had a tracking number. He's subsequently dropped it off to be shipped. I'm hereby paying the good luck forward in hopes that YOUR F3 clears in time especially if your SOT won't allow an F4 to be submitted early (like mine). |

Most of our stuff is taking about 8 weeks right now. We sent in a batch of 15 form 3's on 3/23 that came off our inventory and were pending a month later and then vanished. Every time we called we were told they were just backlogged. We had forms approved from up to 5/10 as of last week so we spent the time trying to find someone to check deeper on the 3/23's. We had to fax them again to the person at ATF and she got them approved and on their way in a couple of days. Hard to imagine how 15 forms could get lost, but I really appreciate her help getting it taken care of. Wish they had faxed or emailed them back instead of putting them in the mail though. We'll be glad when things get back to normal.
