2 of my mid January submitted F3 were approved and received by Tombstone Tactical in 4 weeks.
I also have a March 7th submission from QRF, it will be 8 weeks by Monday, still nothing yet. |

Still waiting for a Feb. 13 and a March 06 form 3 from CA. Approved but never received and CA applied for copies
 . This is ridiculous for a simple dealer to dealer transfer.

yes, F3 is full retard. Dealers should be be able to eForm the F3 and they shouldn't have to wait until a permission slip comes back. Just submit the F3 online and do the F4 for the customer. That'd be the sane way to manage that nonsense (don't get me wrong, I think they should just repeal NFA...I'm just saying that if there is one......)

Or at least have the dealer select from a drop down of active SOT's that the ATF has on file, select the item from their inventory, select transfer. Have that pop up on the ATF's side to hit approved? Seems simple enough. I know. It's the ATF.

If I bought a can online but am still waiting for the form 3 to clear and then the can to ship to my local dealer, is it possible to cancel the order and get my money back? I am over 60 days on a form 3 and my local dealers have the same can in stock.

Called today and was told my form3 summited by Captiol Armory on 15 FEB was approved 12 APR. I haven't received word that the form has made it back.... Is this lag time normal or should it have made it back by now?

Both of my cans that I ordered from them are stuck in form 3 no man's land from February 11 and March 5. I'm wondering if my newly purchased liberator from SS is going to form 4 before both of these cans will. I was told they were approved but they didn't receive the actual paper from the atf. They stated they applied for copies of the approved forms and it should be a couple more weeks  . I'm not saying it is CA fault but it doesn't help my frustration level.

Seriously bummed. I've been patiently waiting on a January Form 3 and just found out the ATF has no record of it been submitted! Form 3 resubmitted, but I guess I can kiss goodbye to putting it in the Trust. Not the end of the world, but it sucks!

Just found out four form 3's that were sent in April 9th were approved last Thursday. For some reason the transfers from this one dealer instate moves quickly. I'm happy for that.

Bought a regulator the April 23 and was approved on June 13th. CAs form 3 was close to 90 days on both suppressors bought from them. The must be speeding up now.
