Finally took the dive into the NFA game and bought a osprey 45 from a local dealer. We completed the paperwork and he had me look over it after he finished his part and I noticed that my trusts name was spelled incorrectly and he fixed it on the spot, so no big deal.  He gave a me a copy for my records and off I went back home (over an hour drive) to file the copy of the form 4 with my trust. Before I did I again looked over my paperwork and noticed another error, but this time it was the city name that was spelled incorrectly hamton instead of Hampton. I'm just wondering if this is a big deal and  if there anything I can do to let the ATF know of the error or just wait for a rejection letter?

Just have him mail you two copies that are correct for submission...

Sorry I should have noted that the dealer had already mailed out the form 4s

Then just wait for the possible error letter. It may get approved though.
