Called today and was approved 8/27 (4/29 pending iirc) on two Form 4's.
Dealer doesn't have the forms yet. |

Such BS. I had mine sent in April 6th, check was cashed on April 13th. Called the ATF a few weeks ago and they told me it didn't go pending until June 9th.
Doesn't look like I'll have my pending April one for a few months. |

Dealer called back later that day and said he did receive my forms, so I made the ~1.5hr drive (round trip) to go pick them up. There was a slight issue because the examiner did not check the "approved" box on one of my forms, nor did they write in the $200 tax paid on the right hand side of the form 4. The dealer called the NFA and they gave the green light (the form still had the stamp on it). Has anyone encountered this before? |

My time line was almost identical to yours: KAC Navy SD suppressor Paper Form 4 Trust (First One filed) Pending: 3/20/15 Approved: 7/20/15 Mailed: 8/11/15 Picked Up: 8/16/15 Finally!! Still waiting...... Monday is the 30 day mark so I'll be faxing them for a certified copy. Hopefully all the bad luck happens with the Sparrow and my Sandman L gets released cleanly in 3/4 weeks. im in the same boat, at 34 days since approved. i mailed a letter and my dealer got ahold of them and faxed my info monday. they said stamp should have been there by now and they will re-issue it and send it out. still nothing but nothing is quick with the atf
Any updates on your copy? I faxed in my request for a certified copy today. Sucks even more now that I shot it last weekend lol. Finally received my certified copy. Shop isn't open until Tuesday due to Labor Day, what's another 2 days lol. |

Finally!!!! Got a call from my dealer that my original form 4 with the stamp just showed up. Reason it took so long (2 months) they didn't put any postage on the envelope and it had to be sent back for postage. Weird but at least ill finally have my stamp and not just a certified copy. |
