2 forms for me. Form 1 and Form 4. Both checks cashed in August and both went pending middle of September. (15th and 18th to be exact). I'll call this week for an update..... |

The big issue there is a lot of people that have the dealer pay the $200 and just reimburse them never know when the check/MO is cleared. Using that date would be more consistent. |

I ask because I had a check cashed in early sep, but was told it didn't go pending until NOV4 |

And that was back in August (when the checks cleared). I'll see what they say tomorrow or Friday when I have time to call them. But last time I called them it was pretty accurate with pending dates in September and I knew my checks cleared in August. |

They're so confusing. I called on 10-4 to check the status (1 month after mailing it in) - they told me it went pending 09-26. Just called (spoke with Mary) and she said "that went pending September 10th - it's still pending"

Just got an email that my specwar 7.62 was approved! Went pending 9/9. Bought it from silencer shop then had it transferred in state. Not sure what the approval date was but I get to pick it up Saturday on my day off.

Last year (before e-file) individual and trust were taking the same amount of time, so this is pretty annoying that now all of a sudden fingerprints are making them take much longer |
