I think with all this pending date crap, we should just go by check cashed date as our metric. That was we don't have to rely on bat-crazy BATFE and their out-of-the-hat pending dates.

I called this morning for my last pending Form 4 the initial pending date was 07/09/2014, this was confirmed 3x via phone in the past; however, as of this morning Carrie indicated that it is now 10/09/2014???

I've only called them once a few weeks ago. Mine went pending 7/31 so looking at what's being approved now, I may get mine in just before Turkey Day.
Here's to hoping for a sooner rather than later approval. I've alrwady switched my planned host for the Sparrow once from the Ruger SR22 to the SW MP22 Compact.

My 7/2 is very sad. Have you called them? It might be in problem status. FWIW, I always add a cover letter now with contact info for the inspector to reach me at if there is an issue. |

Called today and approved the 4th. Interestingly my pending date changed again back to the original right before approval. Could have been them just reading off the wrong line but I thought it was worth noting. Also my Octane 45 changed to a third date that i hadn't heard yet lol. Hopefully that means its on an examiners desk also.

My two 7/24 Pending dates were put into problem status on 11/5. This is bogus. Same thing happened another time. Examiners aren't reading the trusts properly.

Just checked again. Victoria gave me the original pending date, July 8th. Won't be approved till February of next year. Still pending while everyone else is getting their suppressor. So apparently all the front office peolle aren't on the same page.

But it would have been approved that day. Even after all the stupid shit the dealer pulled. He still didn't send the paperwork back to them until this past Monday.
