Do you think that we are not seeing many June forms go through because Eforms went down Early April and people waited to submit during that time hoping that eforms would come back up? I've seen one July approved. Not very many June.

Eforms went down early April, some folks waited until late May to mid June to send of paper form 4's... |

Ok this is total CRAP !!!! I sent a form 4 paper Trust .30 cal YHM SS Phantom on April 1st and still have not received my stamp, but people that sent theirs in May and June have already received their approved stamps.

They are probably thinking you have too many stamps and need to confirm with wife/parents/girlfriend/boyfriend/children  . I see the that the NFA is doing it FIFO but each examiner work at a different pace. You probably have a slow-ass examiner...I called my SOT to see what they have been receiving and by who, she told me only 2 different signatures and getting back stuff from mid June to mid July. I have a 7/30 and 8/7...sooooooo

So Dana Pickels is/was the examiner for last names starting with M, but when I most recently reviewed the active list of examiners, he/she was no longer to be found. Should I be concerned? Ie. if and examiner goes on maternity leave/vacation/dies does your stuff just sit on their desk until someone realizes they're gone?

I had 2 cans approved on 10/17 for a trust. They went pending on June10th and were mailed around the 6/4.
Now I am just waiting for the forms to arrive via mail at my FFL. Any idea how long it usually takes for the mailing process? |

Is anyone getting a second pending date and approval soon after? A few months ago when I called they told me July 1st for pending, today I called and was told Oct 22. Talked to my dealer and he said it did not go into problem status or anything. Is this a sign of approval soon or have I been put to the back of the line. I'm pretty sure my dealer sent this in late May early June.

I have lost all faith in calling to get a valid pending date. I called today and got June 19th, yesterday it was October 22nd, 2 months ago it was July 1st. I give up and will just be surprised.

I was pending some time mid-May; Form 4, Individual for a Specwar 7.62. Nothing but crickets so far. 
Although hell, I was expecting 11 months when I submitted it.

Individual submissions have to have the print cards run by the FBI, so yes, they tend to take longer...
